With more than three decades of experience in driving innovation and leading organizational transformation, Mr. Ramesh Babu has established himself as a distinguished professional in specialized hydraulic drives and system engineering.
A Mechanical Engineer by qualification, he possesses extensive expertise across Design & Engineering, Applications, and Marketing. As a leader, he fosters a culture of empowerment by providing his team of talented engineers with the independence and responsibility to excel in their respective domains. His commitment to creating an exceptional work environment has been instrumental in the sustained growth and success of the organization.
Mr. Ramesh has been at the forefront of developing innovative solutions such as Hydraulic Clutch Integrated Drives (HCID), particularly for conveyor applications. These advanced systems offer significant benefits, including reduced project capital costs, space optimization, smaller junction tower requirements, improved energy efficiency, lower installed power, smooth ramp-up and ramp-down operations, and a more cost-effective alternative to conventional electro-mechanical drives.
Another notable innovation under his leadership is the Wagon Tippler MobiBrake system, which substantially reduces railway rake unloading times and helps minimize demurrage charges, delivering considerable operational and financial advantages to customers.

B.R. Kiran
Director
Kiran is a Dynamic Engineer done his bachelors in mechanical engineering from Anna University and pursued his masters from University of Leeds – UK specializing in Fluid Power Engineering. He has worked in Wheels India Limited as a Senior Research and Development Engineer for Wind Mill Hydraulic Pitch Control Systems. His role on setting endurance lab for higher capacity hydraulic drives has transformed our organization into one of the best in the world for specialized hydraulic drives and systems.
His focus on new products and infrastructure was taken our organization to next level and helped to bring new products with lesser weight. His previous experience has played a significant role in new product development. As a second-generation entrepreneur, his contribution in the development of High Torque Low Speed Radial Piston Motors has brought significant changes in the performances and reliability of the motor. He holds responsibility for all engineering activities present in the organization.
Venkat
Director
Mr. Venkat assumed the responsibilities of Director in March 2023. As a young and dynamic leader, he has brought fresh energy and innovative perspectives to the Purchase and Administration functions of the organization.
His key responsibilities include identifying and developing new vendors, maintaining strong relationships with existing suppliers, and ensuring the uninterrupted supply of raw materials and components to support seamless production operations. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree and Master of Business Administration (MBA)
With a strong focus on strategic sourcing and supply chain efficiency, his objective is to develop a reliable network of quality vendors who can deliver the best competitive prices while ensuring continuity of supply. Since taking charge, he has successfully implemented improvements in raw material and finished goods inventory management, contributing to enhanced operational efficiency and better inventory control.
His proactive approach, commitment to excellence, and focus on continuous improvement play a vital role in supporting the company’s growth and operational success.
Balaji Sridhar
Executive Director
Mr. Balaji Sridhar, Executive Director of the organization, is an Electronics & Instrumentation Engineer from Anna University who joined the company in 2010. He began his career as a Site Engineer, where he gained extensive experience in project execution, troubleshooting, and effective project team management. Owing to his technical competence and leadership abilities, he progressed rapidly to the role of Project Manager, serving as a vital link between the design and execution teams.
Over the years, Mr. Balaji has made a significant contribution in the areas of Installation & Commissioning and Customer Support. His strong focus on customer satisfaction, meticulous project planning, and commitment to timely project execution have played a key role in expanding the company’s customer base and generating valuable referrals from satisfied clients.
His innovative and cost-effective approach to site management and project planning has helped reduce unnecessary expenditures, optimize resource utilization, and minimize excess inventory at both project sites and the manufacturing facility.
As Executive Director, his expertise spans Application Engineering, Endurance Testing, Troubleshooting, Automation, and Customer Support. He leads a team of dedicated engineers, encouraging them to take ownership of their responsibilities and develop their skills through independent decision-making and execution.
Kay Govinder
Vice President
Entrepreneur and Visionary leader with more than 2 decades of experience in the Material Handling sector.
As a Vice President, his knowledge spans across application, endurance test, troubleshooting, and customer support. He leads a team of enthusiastic engineers and believes in giving each of them ample opportunity to handle their related area independently. He is a man behind our electronics development, upgradation of automation, implemented more safety features to make our drives and systems user friendly.
