MASCOT Hydraulic Power Units provide complete, customizable drive solutions for both open- and closed-loop systems, integrating the latest instrumentation and smart I/O for seamless PLC communication.
Each unit combines an electric motor, pump, tank, control system, hydraulic motor, and piping assembly into a compact, efficient package. The closedHoop design ensures dynamic performance, while custom-built options meet specific operational needs.
All HPUs feature a fully sealed stainless-steel reservoir that prevents dust and moisture ingress. Welded return line fittings above the tank enhance cleanliness and durability, while high-capacity filters ensure effective oil filtration. Tank-mounted components simplify maintenance and minimize fluid loss.
Safety and monitoring systems include oil level indicators, temperature sensors, pressure switches, transducers, and limit switches, all compactly integrated for reliability.
MASCOT CR SERIES
MASCOT CR Series motors are designed for special applications where the shaft is fixed and the motor housing are the rotational elements. Primary application of these motors are Marine winches, Conveyors, Manlift chair cars in underground mines and Dewatering Wheels in steel plants etc.,
The displacements of these motors’ ranges between 4000 cc/rev to 40000 cc/rev. These motors can work in extreme environmental conditions. Special sealing is also integrated with the motor which is capable of working in a submerged atmosphere. CR Series can be operated continuously under various loading conditions. The motors can be installed inside winch/pulley/ sheeve/ wheel drums and can be an integral part of the machine.
